Martin is a professional member of the Institute of Agricultural Management and senior lecturer in farm business management at Harper Adams University. He leads the Masters programme in Farm and Agri-business Management at Harper Adams as well as teaching farm business management at undergraduate and post graduate levels.
Martin is actively involved in research and development initiatives in sub Saharan Africa, particularly an emergent farmer project in which he leads on the viability of adoption of technology and best practice by emergent farmers.
Formerly Head of Farm Business Management at ADAS, he has more than 27 years' experience delivering one to one consultancy to farmers, growers and post farm gate business.
